REFORMER BEGINNER
New to Pilates? This class is the perfect place to start. Our Beginner Reformer sessions introduce you to the equipment and movements in a calm, supportive environment, with plenty of guidance from your instructor.
The slower pace allows you to learn proper technique, build strength safely, and gain confidence with each session. You’ll feel the burn, discover new muscles, and enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes with learning something new.

REFORMER FOR ALL
This class is ideal for anyone looking to build on their Pilates foundations in a supportive, welcoming environment. With options offered for different abilities, you’ll be encouraged to work at a level that feels right for you while continuing to grow strength and confidence.

MAT FOUNDATION
Ideal for anyone managing nagging back pain, hip issues, or simply wanting to master their core mechanics.
We trade high-repetition "burn" for high-quality movement and technical precision. This class is designed to build a truly responsive core and functional strength, ensuring your power is no longer lost to poor alignment and inefficient pressure control. We focus on making you connected, functional and strong in every movement you make.
MAT PRENATAL 12-30 WEEKS
​Stay strong and comfortable as your body changes.
We focus on maintaining pelvic stability, managing ribcage expansion, and preparing your body for the physical demands of birth and recovery. Physical therapy-inspired exercises ensures you build functional strength and a connected core safely throughout your pregnancy journey.
MAT PRENATAL 30-40 WEEKS
A slower moving class than 12-30 weeks. Making sure we’re staying active and supporting a healthy pregnancy with good movement.
We also start introducing a slower pace of relaxation and breathwork at the end of the class.
MAT POSTNATAL
Rebuild with intention: Healing, Connection, and Functional Strength.
This class is designed to help you reconnect with your deep core, address diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction, and safely return to higher-impact movement. We provide the mechanical clarity needed to heal your body from the inside out and restore your strength.
